    Currently, we work together with Alliotts London, Alliotts Guildford, Borrie Amsterdam, 3A accounting Paris, Provida Frauenfeld to carry out service solutions for clients that came to us or for the Alliott Group firms to solve their needs.

     

    Auditors

    More and more „Big Fours“ are not allowed to do accounting/payroll/tax work etc. for international affiliates in Germany in case they are auditors of the parent companies. In such cases we provide high-quality, trusrtworthy basic for Deloitte, PWC, E&Y, KPMG, BDO (current auditors of clients of our accounting firm).

     

    Consultants

    IT-specialists from abroad need local advise for their tax duties in Germany and we are able to help many of them with all the formalities.

     

    Start Ups

    During the last couple of decades we gave advice to many business foundations in Germany which were carried out by international proprietaries and entrepreneurs.

     

    Audits

    Basten GmbH is certified until 2017 to carry out legal CPA opinions according to the German trade law.

     

    Payroll work

    Most of our payroll clients are international firms with a HQ outside of Germany (Austria, Canada, Finland, Japan, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA).

     

    Reporting

    World wide operating firms need monthly reporting for controlling and consolidation purposes. We help them to meet the requirements of the national GAAP and the German GAAP. If required, we are able to log in into the clients bookkeeping system (People soft, Navision) to handle the basic work for the client.

     

    Tax Audits

    In Germany there are lot of tax audits: general tax audit incl. transfer price pricing, VAT audits, payroll audits, social securiety audits and so on. For more than 30 years we guide our international clients through the German maze of legal bureaucracy.

     

    Tax work

    We are in charge of the neccessary tax work to which the taxpayer is obliged to for more than 200 companies and individuals, roughly 60 % with an international background.
